Who pays for the accident report?

After a no-fault accident, the at-fault party's third-party liability insurer covers all costs in full. This is secured by settled German Federal Court (BGH) case law. There are no costs for you.

Can I choose my own expert?

Yes. As the injured party you have the unrestricted right to appoint an independent expert of your choice. You do not have to accept the expert sent by the at-fault party's insurer.

Which parts of Berlin do you serve?

We provide on-site service across the whole of Berlin and Brandenburg – Wedding, Mitte, Moabit, Gesundbrunnen, Reinickendorf, Neukölln, Kreuzberg, Charlottenburg, Spandau and more. Our office is in Wedding (Kameruner Str. 43).
